Troubleshooting the EON800 System.

LCD Warning on takeoff: Reduce Load

Occasionally, this error can appear at takeoff due to high current draw at liftoff. If you encounter this error on takeoff, attempt to clear the error. It should not reappear. If it does reappear in flight, treat it as a real error.


SD CARD

  • Problem: SD card logging enabled in BIOS without an inserted SD card renders the boot option to bypass logging non-functional, preventing arming of the High-Volt Missile Switch (HV).

  • Solution Steps:

    1. Missing SD Card for Logging:

      • Scenario: Enabled logging without an inserted SD card:

        • Issue: Boot bypass option becomes inactive.

        • Resolution: Insert the appropriate SD card or disable SD card logging in the BIOS to regain functionality.

    2. Clearing Logs:

      • Action: Press the middle (square) button on the initial LCD page displaying the manual QR code.

        • Result: Clears all logs from the SD card.

Additional Recommendations

  • SD Card Specifications:

    • Suggested: Use a standard-sized SD card with a maximum capacity of 64GB for optimal performance.


TGS LCD Screen Will Not Turn On

  • Problem: When turning the TGS on, the power switch lights up but the LCD screen and status LED will not turn on.

  • Solution Steps:

    1. SD Card Became Corrupted Causing TGS to Hang on Boot:

      • Action: Remove SD card, power cycle TGS, and reformat it to FAT32.
