AC Input Power Requirements

How to power the EON800 Tether System for Alta X using a Generator, Electric Vehicle or equivalent power input.

AC Input Requirements

  • 220-250V 47-63hz

  • 32A Socket (30A in USA)

  • Maximum Continuous Power Consumption is 6000W

  • Real power consumption is load dependant

  • TGS Input Plug NAC3FC-HC

  • USA Input Lead Connector L14-30P

Powering the EON800 from a Tesla Cybertruck or Compatible EV

The EON800 Tether Ground Station requires 240V AC at 30A. The Tesla Cybertruck’s NEMA 14-50 (240V/40A) outlet is ideal for field operations using portable electric power instead of a generator.

What you’ll need:

  • A 14-50P (Male) to L14-30R (Female) adapter cable.

  • A Tesla Cybertruck

Connection Steps:

  1. Plug the 14-50P end of the adapter into the Cybertruck's 240V outlet.

  2. Connect the L14-30R end to the TGS Generator Power Input Lead.

  3. Enable the outlet via the Cybertruck touchscreen console.

  4. Monitor EV power draw and remaining battery capacity using the EV’s display
